What you will do

• Develop accurate demand forecasts for PC products across multiple SKUs and market segments.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality patterns to support market model processes.
• Track KPIs including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels.
• Implement and optimize AI-powered demand planning solutions and machine learning platforms for predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to communicate demand signals and market trends.
• Identify opportunities to enhance demand planning processes and support standardization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, STEM or related.
• 1+ years of experience in business/financial analysis and complex Microsoft Excel modeling.
• Experience with market modeling and demand forecasting integrated with AI.
• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with PnL drivers and project management.
• Proficiency with business hirify.globalligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
