What you will do

• Design and iterate on platform content policies and community guidelines to mitigate scams and market manipulation.
• Oversee daily moderation operations, including internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance AI moderation tools and classifiers.
• Lead incident response for high-severity content violations and manage ecosystem risk.
• Define and track governance KPIs, including moderation accuracy and ecosystem health trends.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to align governance with global regulations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in trust & safety or platform governance at a major internet platform.
• Deep expertise in blockchain, Web3, and the ability to identify crypto-native risks.
• Experience managing large-scale moderation teams and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with data dashboards and SQL for operational metrics.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) is required.
• Must be based in Asia.
