What you will do

• Develop and validate PCIe Verification IP to meet customer use models and protocol specifications.
• Create reusable and robust software solutions for interface protocol verification.
• Collaborate with multi-site development teams to achieve technical roadmap milestones.
• Work with technical support leads and key customers to resolve implementation and usage issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to ensure project success.

Requirements

• BS with 4+ years of experience, MS with 2+ years, or a new PhD.
• Extensive experience in C/C++ modeling, object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures.
• Deep understanding of space/time complexity and advanced debugging techniques for large codebases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in San Jose, California, USA.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration in a multi-location environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of PCIe or other protocols (USB, NVME, SATA, Display Port).
• Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and OVM/UVM verification methodologies.
• Experience with digital logic design or IP/SoC level verification flow.
• Familiarity with EDA tool flows and customer-oriented solution delivery.
