Visual Designer (Data Visualization & Production)

What you will do

• Design and produce display ads, email graphics, social media assets, presentations, and print collateral using predefined templates.
• Create charts, dashboards, and presentation visuals that translate data into clear narratives for business stakeholders.
• Build cohesive presentations communicating financial and business results to corporate audiences.
• Apply brand guidelines and design systems across digital and print formats.
• Collaborate with creative leads and cross-functional or offshore teams to manage high-volume deliverables under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience with production design and delivering production-ready visual content.
• Strong data visualization, presentation storytelling, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong corporate-level PowerPoint skills and/or experience with tools such as Datawrapper.
• Ability to follow templates, style guides, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
• Organized, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tools and working with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools for asset creation, workflow automation, or research.
• Familiarity with AEM or Figma.
• Experience in financial, pharmaceutical, or legal environments.
• Knowledge of marketing review cycles and brand governance practices.
