Quality Control Inspector II (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Irvine, California

Salary: $27.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform dimensional inspections on raw materials and incoming components.
• Conduct testing on prototype and production products using automated tension, compression, and flow measurement systems.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory apparatus and test methods.
• Document all work in compliance with SOPs, WIs, and GDP/GLP/GMP standards.
• Assist in inventory management of lab supplies and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve testing methodologies and lab efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Irvine, California.
• 4+ years of relevant QC inspection experience, preferably in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Working knowledge of QSRs, cGMP, and QC systems.
• Experience with sampling methodologies, visual inspection systems, and electromechanical device assembly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong documentation skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
