DHR Reviewer I - Temp (Medical Devices)

Location: Alameda, California; on-site. Hours: 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Base pay: $22.00–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Review completed Device History Records (DHRs) according to internal procedures with a high level of accuracy.
• Reconcile finished and rejected quantities and verify training records for personnel listed on DHRs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional supervisors to correct errors or omissions in DHRs and related documents.
• Enter DHR information into relevant databases and demonstrate proficiency with Tier I DHR review.
• Scan, label, file, and retrieve DHR records as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of quality systems experience in a regulated device or pharmaceutical environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work on site in Alameda, California.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, move between buildings and floors, remain stationary for extended periods, and use standard office equipment.
