Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage a pod of ~10 direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee daily triage, evidence gathering, and second-level reviews for high-severity or sensitive appeals.
• Scale the operational framework by defining SLAs, triage taxonomy, and decision templates.
• Partner with Data teams to instrument dashboards and track key performance metrics like Time to Resolve.
• Drive root-cause analysis and collaborate with Policy, Product, and Legal to implement process improvements.
• Train frontline teams on operational standards and maintain up-to-date documentation and playbooks.

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of the Phoenix, AZ hub
• Weekend availability is required (one day)
• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Ops, Support Ops, or Quality.
• 2+ years of experience leading operators or specialists.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Policy, and Legal.
