Salary: $73,000 - $91,000 USD (Nashville, TN)

What you will do

• Lead verification specialists via performance management, coaching, mentorship, schedules, and disciplinary actions.
• Track metrics, prepare reports, document processes, and escalate issues.
• Conduct audits, analyze quality failures, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Identify trends, create action plans, and implement efficiency solutions.
• Design and deliver training on quality, workflows, products, and customer needs.
• Collaborate on initiatives, stay updated on products, and complete cross-functional deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years leadership in call center, operations, or team management
• 3+ years in customer-facing roles
• 2+ years leading projects or peers
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strategic process orientation, data-driven mindset, and collaborative approach
• A-player mindset with bias for action, resilience, and ownership
