What you will do

  • Build and maintain AI-powered automations and operational workflows to improve team efficiency.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable AI-driven solutions.
  • Support cross-functional teams in adopting new AI tools and workflows.
  • Translate complex business problems into practical automation opportunities.
  • Improve and maintain existing integrations and internal operational tooling.
  • Monitor workflow performance and stay current with AI tools and trends.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in automation, operations, process optimization, or support engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Proficiency with low-code/no-code tools like N8N, Zapier, or Airtable.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and basic scripting in SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality, SaaS, or operational businesses.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, or CRM workflows.
  • Previous experience building internal operational tooling.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted support, QA, or workflow optimization initiatives.
