What you will do

• Develop high-quality and scalable application logic using Apex and SOQL.
• Build highly interactive UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC), modern JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS/SASS.
• Customize Salesforce Platform features including Flow, Apex, and Lightning Experience.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via RESTful APIs, OAuth, and event-based architectures.
• Create and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests using Salesforce CLI, ApexMocks, and Jest.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to implement and expand cloud applications.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of application development experience specifically in Salesforce (code-based and declarative).
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript ES6+, and TypeScript.
• Experience with LWC, Aura Components, and working within Salesforce Governor Limits.
• Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, as well as Flow Builder and Apex Triggers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to have

• Salesforce Developer Advanced Certification.
• Custom development experience in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience in a Scrum/Agile development environment.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Experience working in a non-profit environment.
