JET BI is looking for an Support Engineer (Salesforce) 🕵️‍♀️

Requirements:

✅ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
✅ Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
✅ Ability to work in shifts (sometimes in afternoons\night 17:00 -1:00 CET)
✅ Fluent English.

Good to have:
✅ Experience supporting software solutions.
✅ Experience with case management and issue tracking systems like JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud or Fresh Desk.
✅ Salesforce Developer or System Administrator Certification
✅ Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
▶️ Provide technical support for Salesforce solutions.
▶️Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the support process.
▶️Analyze and fix incidents, bugs, and performance issues.
▶️Monitor and maintain Salesforce system stability.
▶️Collaborate with project teams to identify root causes and propose long-term solutions.
▶️Support deployment activities, configuration changes, and data updates.
▶️Maintain technical documentation (like procedures and best practices).
