What you will do

• Create and maintain comprehensive brand systems, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Design high-quality sales enablement materials, social content, and presentations.
• Collaborate on lightweight prototypes and creative tooling explorations.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows using tools like Midjourney, Flux, and Claude.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure designs are technically buildable.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Figma for high-quality digital and marketing design.
• Proven ability to build and maintain visual identity systems across various touchpoints.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Chile.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for image generation and creative workflows.
• Technical fluency to effectively communicate design concepts to developers.

Nice to have

• Experience using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools for prototyping and technical communication.
