What you will do

• Lead client scoping sessions and project kickoffs to elicit and document business requirements and future-state visions.
• Develop and distribute high-quality digital reports, analysis, and dashboards for clients.
• Identify problematic data structures and implement data management process improvements.
• Act as a Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data stewardship, ensuring accurate reporting and validation.
• Align client needs with the goals of the product, engineering, and professional services teams.
• Research technical and strategic options to build business cases for new analytics services.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, TX
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or Analytics Consultant (7+ years if holding a Bachelor's degree).
• Expertise in professional methods for eliciting client needs and documenting project scope.
• Experience using modern collaboration tools for communicating milestones and progress.
