What you will do

• Lead technical discussions with prospects to determine the suitability of hirify.global for their applications.
• Communicate technical benefits and drawbacks of the platform and cloud service.
• Develop application prototypes using Java, Golang, Typescript, Python, or PHP.
• Partner with Account Executives to execute account plans and scale production usage.
• Advise customers on architectural patterns, security, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• Residency in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones
• Proven experience with distributed system technologies and design best practices.
• Ability to develop prototypes in one of the supported languages (Java, Go, TS, Python, PHP).
• Experience with major cloud providers and production operations including security, cost, and performance.
• Strong technical communication skills for presenting and whiteboarding.

• Ability to learn new technical topics directly from Engineering.
• Experience coaching other engineers to help them succeed.
• Self-sufficiency in learning sales-specific processes via documentation and videos.
