Salary: $25.00–$32.00 per hour (plus 10% shift differential)

What you will do

• Assemble high-reliability chassis and final assemblies using circuit cards, wire harnesses, and mechanical instruments.
• Perform complex soldering and crimping operations on electronic sub-assemblies and circuit boards.
• Interpret assembly drawings, Bills of Material (B.O.M), and electronic work instructions.
• Conduct thorough inspections and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) checks to ensure compliance.
• Maintain work areas and equipment according to strict safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) procedures and meet high-reliability certification requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and capable of accessing export-controlled information.
• At least 3 years of related electrical assembly and soldering experience.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift onsite in Elma, New York.
• Must participate in the company’s F.A.A. Drug & Alcohol Program.
• Ability to understand and apply verbal, written, and computer work instructions in English.
• Proficiency in basic mathematics including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
