What you will do

• Manage all aspects of Kazakhstan accounting, including monthly reporting and annual financial statements.
• Ensure full reconciliation of financial positions for local entities.
• Lead local and global finance initiatives and ensure compliance with global policies.
• Maintain relationships with local auditors, authorities, and senior management.
• Provide financial support and accounting guidance to local teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a chartered accountant with local statutory accounting and tax compliance.
• Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English (spoken and written).
• Masters degree in accounting or CPA/ACCA certification with an active license.
• Solid background in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Demonstrable experience in autonomous problem-solving and MS Excel proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with IFRS.
• Prior experience with NetSuite.
