What you will do

• Consolidate cash flow budgets and develop rolling forecasts across all projects and funds.
• Manage global bank accounts, liquidity distribution, and inter-entity transfers.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end cash closes and ensure alignment with accounting records.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports, variance analysis, and liquidity dashboards for management.
• Monitor foreign exchange regulations and manage currency exposure strategies.
• Identify and assess financial risks, maintaining the organization's risk register.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in treasury or financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-currency liquidity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven track record of preparing consolidated financial reports for senior management.
• Hands-on experience with financial ERP systems or treasury management software.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience in non-profit or grant-funded environments is strongly preferred.
