TL;DR

SRE (Fintech): Building and scaling core customer communication infrastructure for a banking platform with an accent on service reliability, observability, and CI/CD automation. Focus on designing high-availability systems, managing complex Kubernetes environments, and ensuring system performance under heavy load.

Location: Remote or hybrid from one of our hubs (Cyprus, Georgia, Spain, Serbia, or Kazakhstan).

What you will do

• Design and improve service reliability, defining SLIs/SLOs for the CRM product team.
• Manage the release lifecycle, including blue/green/canary rollouts and resource optimization.
• Evolve GitLab CI/CD pipelines for build, test, and security scanning.
• Maintain end-to-end observability using Prometheus and ELK stack.
• Lead incident response, conduct RCAs, and implement reliability improvements.
• Support infrastructure requests including migrations, connectivity, and load testing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Strong understanding of multi-component system architecture and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and AWS.
• Expertise in GitLab CI/CD, containerization, and pipeline hardening.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools like Prometheus and ELK, with knowledge of RED/USE signals.
• English level B1 or higher for international team communication.

Nice to have

• Strong knowledge of databases, key-value stores, and Kafka.
• Scripting proficiency in Python or Bash.
