What you will do

• Design original computational biology problems simulating real research workflows.
• Create problems requiring Python programming (Numpy, SciPy, BioPython) for solution validation.

• Ensure problems are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually.
• Verify solutions using standard computational biology libraries.
• Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.

Requirements

• Degree in Biology or related fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in applied research or teaching.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical validation or equivalent experience in MATLAB, R, or C.
• Strong written English (C1+).
• Must be based in the United States.
