What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end AP operations including invoice processing, vendor master data, and payment reconciliations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the AP team to foster a high-performance and service-oriented environment.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of AP processes to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, company policies, and Italian tax regulations.
• Monitor daily operations and resolve bottlenecks to meet SLAs and project deadlines.
• Collaborate with Procurement and other stakeholders to optimize the purchase-to-pay cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 4 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Solid knowledge of Italian tax and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP and end-to-end AP processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4.
