• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or faulty reasoning in AI-generated legal material.
• Ensure training data mirrors authentic legal analysis, documentation, and decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Senior-level employment lawyer with substantial professional experience.
• Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and practical case management in the EU or UK.
• Skilled in critiquing legal documents, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Residency in the UK or EU is required.
• Availability for 8–20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness.
