Mergers & Acquisitions Specialist – AI Trainer

What you will do

• Review and assess AI-generated content covering M&A scenarios.
• Evaluate the accuracy, logic, and practical applicability of financial and legal reasoning.
• Analyze topics including deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, integration planning, regulatory compliance, negotiation strategy, transaction documentation, and corporate governance.
• Document model performance gaps and identify opportunities to improve analytical depth.
• Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, frameworks, and evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Deep familiarity with M&A principles and legal or financial transaction frameworks.
• Law degree (JD or equivalent).
• Clear analytical communication and the ability to explain complex deal concepts precisely.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom for this remote contract.
