What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term sales and monetization strategies aligned with the game's vision.
• Collaborate with live operations and operational teams to maximize the effectiveness of post-launch campaigns.
• Take full responsibility for the accomplishment of company sales forecasts and revenue projections.
• Evaluate the impact of game changes to identify and implement opportunities for sales performance growth.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with major game developers, publishers, and industry partners.
• Define, track, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and monetization.

Requirements

• Extensive senior-level experience in managing digital business operations.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in mobile, F2P, or AAA titles.
• Hands-on experience with monetization systems and design.
• Highly analytical mindset with expertise in defining and optimizing KPIs.
• Deep knowledge of the video game market, player behavior, and lifecycle management.
• Strong expertise in revenue forecasting and forecast creation processes.
