What you will do

• Plan and execute video shoots to capture footage aligned with brand guidelines and creative visions.
• Edit raw footage into compelling short-form content using Premiere Pro and After Effects, incorporating motion graphics and sound design.
• Optimize video content for technical specifications and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with social media managers, designers, and external partners like creators and athletes.
• Develop production templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across channels.
• Coordinate with the Production Management Team on budget tracking and vendor management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video production and editing, specifically for short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative visual storytelling and pacing for social platforms.
• Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or valid visa).
• Fluent English proficiency.
