What you will do

• Execute the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan and conduct internal quality assurance reviews.
• Draft and maintain internal policies and procedures in alignment with CSSF expectations.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to the CSSF, FIU, and law enforcement agencies.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and external audit requests.
• Design and deliver AML/CTF training programs for staff members.
• Support the oversight of outsourced compliance operations in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Luxembourg due to CSSF requirements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or internal/external audit within the financial sector.
• Proven practical experience in AML processes and regulatory frameworks.
• English proficiency (C1+) required for professional communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive under regulatory pressure.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Previous experience in a European Fintech or Luxembourg EMI.
• Proficiency in additional European languages.
