Fast-growing fintech company simplifying international payments and financial operations for businesses worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a background in audit or internal controls to support the evolution of our financial and operational processes.

Обязанности
- Analyze and enhance financial and operational processes across payments, reconciliation, and reporting
- Strengthen internal control frameworks in line with fintech and regulatory requirements
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Support implementation of new systems, workflows, and automation initiatives
- Act as a key liaison during internal and external audits
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, proposing scalable improvements
- Deliver data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions

Требования
- 5+ years of experience in internal audit (preferably within financial services or brokerage/fintech)
- Strong expertise in financial reporting and internal controls
- Hands-on experience with audit processes and working with external auditors
- Proven track record in process improvement and implementation
- ACCA qualified (or close to completion)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent English
