What you will do

• Lead and manage the Real-World Data team, including Associates, Specialists, and Interns.
• Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy at the company level.
• Oversee the set-up and execution of RWD collection within Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and non-interventional studies.
• Support clients on eCRF design, database set-up, and data management planning.
• Author and review RWD-related policies and SOPs within the Quality Management System.
• Represent the company externally at conferences, business development meetings, and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, (Bio)medical Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Real-World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or complex projects.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup at the Amsterdam HQ.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Direct experience with RWD collection within Expanded Access Programs.
