What you will do
- Partner with Japan-based leaders to align people strategy with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to improve effectiveness.
- Strengthen leadership capabilities through L&D solutions, coaching, and feedback.
- Drive core HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence organizational and leadership discussions.
- Serve as a trusted escalation point for employee relations and contribute to global employee lifecycle development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a senior People Business Partner in international, growth-focused organizations.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of Japan labor law.
- Proven background in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong strategic thinking, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and collaborate with global teams.
