What you will do

• Partner with Japan-based leaders to align people strategy with business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to improve effectiveness.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities through L&D solutions, coaching, and feedback.
• Drive core HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence organizational and leadership discussions.
• Serve as a trusted escalation point for employee relations and contribute to global employee lifecycle development.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a senior People Business Partner in international, growth-focused organizations.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of Japan labor law.
• Proven background in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
• Strong strategic thinking, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and collaborate with global teams.
