What you will do

• Design and build large-scale distributed systems using microservices.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code using TDD and pair programming.
• Advocate for continuous delivery practices and DevSecOps culture.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and project managers to solve complex business problems.
• Mentor less-experienced peers and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
• Apply latest technology thinking to deliver high-quality software and value to clients.

Requirements

• Must be a Singapore Citizen due to client security clearance requirements.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with Java/Python and React.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
• Solid understanding of TDD, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Ability to work onsite five days a week in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Active participation in the external tech community (blogs, open source, speaking).
