What you will do

• Work in compliance with standard operating procedures to achieve daily production targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the highest standards of product quality, integrity, and hygiene are maintained and improved.
• Maintain excellent standards of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Housekeeping.
• Ensure safe working practices are carried out across all production tasks.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize performance in output, quality, and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and work areas to deliver optimum performance.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Macroom, Ireland.
• Must be available to work on a shift rota basis.
• Logical and methodical approach to work practices and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a manual and automated manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies and experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production role within the food industry.
• Knowledge of international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Housekeeping standards.
• Understanding of quality and food safety legislation.
