Salary: £60,000–£80,000 + £5,441 London Weighting + 15% bonus OTE

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 data analysts to ensure high-quality, impactful reporting.
• Leverage digital data and audience research to inform social media and content strategy.
• Support global advertising and content sales teams during pitches and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain internal reporting frameworks to track KPIs and monitor business performance.
• Champion effective digital metrics and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate across multiple social platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital/social media analytics, particularly YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong background in line management and leading a team of data analysts.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience in pitching, selling, and managing supplier/partner relationships.
• Ability to scope and build roadmaps for both tactical and strategic projects.
• Strong data-driven experience using Excel and PowerPoint.
