What you will do

• Own complex product areas end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to deployment and iteration.
• Drive technical direction and provide engineering input directly to leadership.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of high-traffic production systems.
• Lead code reviews and elevate engineering standards across the team.
• Mentor mid-level engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong proficiency with React and Next.js (2+ years with App Router).
• Deep understanding of TypeScript and modern frontend architecture.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
• Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud environments like AWS or Cloudflare.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS architectures (Payload, Strapi, Sanity).
• Knowledge of billing and subscription systems (Stripe, Paddle).
• Experience with PDF rendering libraries or low-level PDF manipulation.
• Background in D2C SaaS or performance marketing.
