What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications for a high-growth SaaS platform.
• Build and ship new product features to support rapid scaling and a large user base.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders on roadmap refinement and technical discussions.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code through rigorous code reviews and testing.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure and integrate CI/CD workflows.
• Mentor and support other engineers within the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience working with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Must be based in Latin America (LatAm).

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native and Next.js.
• Knowledge of AWS and Redis.
