What you will do

• Structure, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including cloud services, software licensing, and partnerships.
• Lead negotiations with customers, partners, and vendors to support business objectives.
• Provide legal advice on operational matters spanning sales, data privacy, IT security, HR, finance, and R&D.
• Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives in collaboration with the Company Secretary’s office.
• Design and implement scalable legal and business processes across cross-functional teams.
• Assess risks and develop policies for SaaS offerings and AI-driven products.

Requirements

• LLB from an accredited university or law school.
• Israeli Bar admission.
• 5-10 years of experience in commercial or technology-related legal matters.
• Experience as in-house counsel or within a high-tech/corporate law firm.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with legal technology, including CLM systems or contract automation tools.
• Experience advising on AI-related legal issues (data governance, licensing, responsible AI).
• Additional degree (LLM) or admission to a U.S. state bar.
