What you will do

• Design and develop mathematical models for slots, casual, and table games.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and game designers on game mechanics and feature design.
• Build simulations and analytical tools to validate RTP, volatility, hit frequency, maximum win, and other key parameters.
• Review and verify mathematical implementations with developers and QA.
• Analyze, update, and adapt legacy mathematical models when required.
• Support game balancing, playtesting, and post-release analysis using gameplay and statistical data; work with certification laboratories during certification and prepare required fixes or documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience creating mathematics for slot games and/or other casino games.
• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, statistics, and mathematical modeling.
• Experience collaborating with certification laboratories and resolving certification-related issues, including explaining lab requirements/findings and how they were addressed.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., C++, C#, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills with simulations, data analysis, and large datasets; experience with Git.
