What you will do

• Analyze omnichannel promotional activity to quantify impact and optimize brand performance across personal and non-personal channels.
• Own the operational execution and maintenance of marketing mix models, including parameter estimation and scenario simulations.
• Lead the technical development and validation of promotional response curves to inform targeting and call planning.
• Design incrementality analyses, including test & control and geo experiments, to measure the impact of promotional tactics.
• Partner with data engineering teams to develop and maintain modeling-ready datasets.
• Integrate managed care insights to optimize promotional efforts and demand forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or Business Analytics).
• 7-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• 6+ years of experience in omnichannel analytics, data science, or brand analytics.
• Proficiency with complex modeling and large data sets using SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience working with commercial pharma data sets such as IQVIA (XPONENT, PlanTrak, DDD, LAAD).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
