What you will do

• Ensure accurate and compliant preparation of financial statements under VAS and IFRS.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and statutory tax reporting.
• Oversee daily accounting records, payments, and account reconciliations.
• Manage banking relationships and foreign exchange activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for external audits and tax inspections.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the accounting team to foster high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Chief Accountant Certificate required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Solid hands-on experience in IFRS and VAS.
• Minimum 3 years of experience at a management level.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• Master’s degree.
• Experience with PowerBI and AI tools.
