What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Bioanalysis and Immunoanalysis/Immunogenicity groups.
• Oversee the management and evolution of the Dreux OneLab laboratories to ensure operational excellence.
• Direct the development, validation, and implementation of bioanalytical methods including LC-MS/MS and immunoassays.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, regulatory-compliant data for all phases of drug development.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering a culture of innovation and safety.
• Manage external partnerships with CROs and academic collaborators, including contract oversight and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• PhD or equivalent in analytical science, immunology, DMPK, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D within preclinical and clinical development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Deep expertise in bioanalytical and immunogenicity method development and validation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including GLP, GCP, and GxP.
• Proven ability to manage laboratory operations and complex cross-functional projects.
