What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Bioanalysis and Immunoanalysis/Immunogenicity functions across the R&D portfolio.
• Manage and continuously improve the Dreux OneLab laboratories, promoting scientific excellence, innovation, and operational efficiency.
• Direct the development, validation, and implementation of bioanalytical and immunoanalytical methods, including LC-MS/MS, immunoassays, and cell-based assays.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and regulatory-compliant pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic, and immunogenicity data across drug development phases.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, develop talent, and manage CROs and academic partners, including technical oversight and performance monitoring.
• Represent the function in cross-functional teams, governance forums, regulatory interactions, and portfolio decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience across preclinical and clinical development, including leadership in cross-functional environments.
• Deep expertise in bioanalytical, immunogenicity, and immunoanalytical method development, validation, and application.
• Experience managing laboratory operations, multidisciplinary teams, complex projects, and external CRO partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of GLP, GCP, BPx, GxP, quality systems, clinical trial management, data management, and end-to-end drug development.
• PhD or equivalent in analytical science, immunology, DMPK, or a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal English communication skills.
