What you will do

• Drive strategic projects from idea to execution across multiple teams to influence company growth and operational excellence.

• Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions, business cases, and scenario planning.
• Analyze data to uncover insights and transform information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex findings into executive-ready presentations to enable fast, informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in strategy, business operations, or management consulting.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must possess relevant permits to work within the EU.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and presentation development.
• Demonstrated affinity with the aerospace and defense industry.
• Ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
