What you will do

• Translate complex business needs into clear, testable system requirements and solution designs.
• Define system architectures, data models, and integration patterns including APIs and event-driven messaging.
• Lead production readiness activities, including the creation of runbooks, monitoring, and SLI/SLO/SLA management.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, environments, and automation strategies.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of applications across both build and operational phases.
• Perform impact analysis across applications, integrations, and data flows to ensure architectural alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in application engineering, solution engineering, or software delivery.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong background in system design, integration architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience working within financial services or highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Temenos T24, Triple’A, or CRM systems in banking.
• Deep understanding of non-functional requirements like security, resilience, and observability.
