What you will do

• Perform T+1 reconciliations and break resolution for financial instruments including Equity, Futures, Options, FX, and Bonds.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as Prime Brokers and Fund Administrators, to resolve operational breaks.
• Collaborate with Operations Technology and Accounting teams to automate processes and implement strategic initiatives.
• Define and roll out standardized operational procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
• Execute ad-hoc projects and enhancements as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the Hedge Fund industry, preferably within a multi-manager platform.
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments (Equity, Futures, Option, FX, Bond, Listed Swap, OTC).
• Proven experience in performing reconciliations between OMS and accounting systems (e.g., Enfusion, Traiana, Geneva, Gresham).
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VBA) and programming languages such as Python, C++, JavaScript, or SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
