What you will do

• Reconcile AR/AP balances and monitor debtor/creditor accounts to ensure timely collection and settlement.
• Negotiate settlement plans with brokers and resolve discrepancies in technical accounts.
• Prepare daily cash reports, monthly reconciliations, and journal vouchers.
• Manage technical payments and ensure accurate recording in the Xuber policy system and Oracle GL.
• Support audit processes and contribute to the improvement of finance systems and internal controls.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and reporting for MAS and runoff operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in accounting, finance, or business.
• Proven track record in debt collection, dispute resolution, and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic financial software.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Must be based in Singapore.

Nice to have

• Experience in the general insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar accounting systems.
