What you will do

• Design and iterate on core puzzle gameplay to ensure satisfying and responsive interactions.
• Create and evolve blockers and level mechanics to introduce strategic depth and variety.
• Collaborate with level designers, artists, and engineers to integrate features into the wider game progression.
• Partner with product managers and data scientists to tune difficulty, progression, and engagement based on player behavior.
• Prototype new gameplay mechanics to expand the game's design space.
• Document and communicate design goals clearly across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mobile game design, specifically on free-to-play titles.
• Strong understanding of meta systems, progression frameworks, and long-term engagement loops.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to guide design iterations.
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to drive features from concept to delivery.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Minecraft IP is a strong plus.
