What you will do

• Transform imperfect data into clear, actionable insights to drive product decisions.
• Conduct product research to identify growth opportunities and formulate hypotheses.
• Analyze user behavior patterns to uncover meaningful insights for the product.
• Influence goal setting and project prioritization based on data analysis.
• Develop self-service capabilities by structuring data for AI tools and automating routine analysis.
• Perform sales forecasting and identify marketplace seasonality and trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Expertise in complex SQL (joins, window functions, CTEs, optimization).
• Deep knowledge of product analytics (retention, cohorts, funnels, activation, ARPU/LTV).
• Strong foundation in mathematical statistics and practical application.
• Experience with cloud warehouses (BigQuery or equivalent) and BI tools (Metabase, Looker Studio).
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Experience building data-quality or observability systems from scratch.
• Experience with product analytics for data-specific products.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy) and PySpark for big-data processing.
• B2B SaaS or marketplace analytics experience.
