Location: Hybrid work format based in Limassol, Cyprus

hirify.global is an independent game studio developing One State, a unique mobile Social RolePlay game played by millions worldwide.

What you will do

  • Own the full lifecycle of VIP players, from identification and onboarding to retention and reactivation.
  • Build and lead a team of VIP managers, including hiring, training, and professional development.
  • Develop and execute a VIP strategy aligned with the overall product and monetization goals.
  • Design and implement segmentation, loyalty programs, tier systems, and bonus mechanics.
  • Define KPIs for the VIP function and build comprehensive reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with product, product marketing, and monetization teams to create personalized campaigns.

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in VIP management.
  • At least two years of experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling VIP departments.
  • Strong understanding of the VIP ecosystem.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Cyprus.

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming.
