What you will do

• Develop and execute a robust long-term regional logistics procurement strategy for the EMEA region.
• Build and manage a cost-efficient, sustainable, and flexible supplier base aligned with Supply Chain goals.
• Oversee transportation spend across Europe, focusing on Road Transport and Direct to Consumer (DTC).
• Cultivate strong supplier relationships to drive turnaround and innovation.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders within a complex international matrix environment.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of combined experience in supply and procurement.
• Proven experience in transportation procurement (DTC experience is a plus).
• Experience working within international, matrix organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Degree qualification.
• Fluent in English.
