What you will do

• Act as a senior technical enablement resource to triage and resolve complex functional test automation blockers.
• Partner with LOB points of contact to diagnose systemic challenges and recommend compliant patterns.
• Provide L3 technical support for test automation via office hours and escalation channels.
• Create and publish enterprise functional test development standards, including CI/CD and repository conventions.
• Develop enablement artifacts such as troubleshooting guides and reference implementations for edge-case applications.
• Identify gaps in tooling and platform usage to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent combination of work, training, or education.
• Strong communication skills for strategic collaboration with client personnel.
• Experience with functional test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and test frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex, multi-faceted engineering challenges.
• Must be located in or able to work from Charlotte, NC, Phoenix, or Columbus.
• Preferred: Large Financial industry experience.
