Digital Planning Lead (CX): Planning and forecasting at scale across digital and CX ecosystems to ensure roadmaps are strategically aligned and delivered across app and web channels. Location: Macquarie Park, NSW, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

  • Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles for digital delivery across app and web channels to align commitments with business strategy.
  • Partner with Product, GTM, and Operations leads to define scope, timelines, and dependencies while aligning demand with resourcing.
  • Manage a clear view of portfolio commitments and risks to facilitate trade-off decisions and strategic outcomes.
  • Provide accurate reporting on digital KPIs and performance for executive leadership to resolve competing priorities.
  • Improve planning maturity and governance frameworks to ensure predictable execution of digital initiatives.
  • Support workforce forecasting and investment prioritization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale planning and forecasting.
  • Proven track record of leading portfolio-level capacity planning across multiple teams and programs.
  • Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate competing executive agendas.
  • Deep understanding of how delivery capacity, dependencies, and constraints impact business outcomes.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience creating or improving planning frameworks, cadences, and governance.
