What you will do

• Define and maintain the Elevation Program structure, playbooks, and engagement triggers.
• Coordinate program delivery through velocity ceremonies, blocker reviews, and milestone reporting.
• Lead customer intake discussions and maturity assessments for high-value program engagements.
• Align program triggers and expansion pathways with renewal and expansion commercial motions to track ARR performance.
• Integrate AI governance and data-readiness state transitions into program playbooks.
• Coach Elevation Specialists on delivery, customer communication, and maturity assessment techniques.

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship is required due to compliance requirements.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS professional services, customer success, or managed services delivery.
• Proven experience designing and operating structured program frameworks.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to connect program outcomes to renewal and expansion motions.
• Experience leading a small delivery team or service.
• Strong skills in playbook design and documentation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with records management, information governance, or data classification platforms.
• Experience building partner certification or enablement programs.
• Exposure to AI governance or AI risk management frameworks.
• Prior experience in regulated-market delivery (financial services, government, critical infrastructure).
