What you will do

• Write automated tests and code to evaluate new functionality across real-time trading systems.
• Design and execute automated testing for distributed data pipelines and event-driven architectures using Kafka.
• Audit billing discrepancies using Snowflake and PostgreSQL to build automated test coverage.
• Develop and maintain proprietary Python-based automated test frameworks.
• Create chaos engineering tests and disaster recovery scenarios for critical systems.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to define scalable QA strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of QA or Software Engineering experience with hands-on automated testing.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (PostgreSQL and/or Snowflake).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of Linux and experience with Apache Kafka.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java for developing automation tools.
